Dr. David Ferris is President and Chief Executive Officer of Brownstone Energy, a private oil and gas firm. Prior to his current role, David served in various positions for Devon Energy, Anadarko Petroleum and Crawley Petroleum. He attended the University of Oklahoma and earned a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering, a Master of Business Administration in energy finance and a Master of Science in natural gas engineering and management. He earned his doctorate in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California. David is a former Chairman of the Industry Advisory Board for the Mewbourne School of Petroleum and Geological Engineering at the University of Oklahoma, and serves on the board of directors of SportForward, Global Sports Partners and The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma.
