Free hands-on learning for your students.

We offer a variety of programs to bring energy into your classroom.

Energy education workshops.

The foundation for our student education program is our free, hands-on curricula for grades K-12 written by Oklahoma teachers for Oklahoma teachers. The OERB offers nine curricula, blending local history, math, earth science and geology into fun, hands-on lessons for students. Plus, every lesson meets Oklahoma Academic Standards and helps students see how science and math apply in the real world. Designed to complement what teachers are already doing in the classroom, our program can work seamlessly alongside other resources.

Teachers interested in using our curricula must attend one of our 14 training workshops scheduled throughout the year to learn from our expert instructors how to incorporate these ready-to-teach lessons in your classroom.

But we don’t stop at just lessons. We’re committed to supporting educators with supplies that make a big difference in the classroom – like graphing calculators, document cameras, distillation kits and glass beakers – tools that have a wide range of uses in both math and science classes. All of our programs and resources are provided through voluntary funding from the people of Oklahoma Oil & Natural Gas.
