BBQ Competition details.

All participants will be entered in two competitions: Judges’ Choice and People’s Choice. The winners will be announced at the end of the day and will be awarded a trophy.

Companies are responsible for assembling their own teams.

Teams can be comprised of E&P, service company, midstream and more.

Teams will provide:

  • Minimum of 700 food samples (size should be comparable to a slider or mini taco)
  • 10 samples reserved for Judges’ Panel 12 noon – 1 p.m.
  • Sides, desserts and drinks are optional
  • Plates/boats, plasticware, and napkins
  • Cooker
  • Cooking tables and utensils
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Tents – maximum size 10′x20′
  • Overall dimensions of cooker, tent and any other additions to the space

Expo will provide:

  • 30′x40′ space
  • Two serving tables
  • Garbage can
  • Shared handwashing station
  • Electricity upon request

Setup:

  • Wednesday, October 8, 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 9, 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
  • Setup must be completed by 8:30 a.m.
  • Teams must be ready to serve by 10:45 a.m.

BBQ Competition is 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
