A veteran of the oil and gas industry with over 40 years of experience, David D. Le Norman has successfully built and monetized numerous companies. He has an extensive track record of assembling teams, assets and strategies, all while improving bottom line cash flows and returns.

Le Norman is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of Reign Capital Holdings, a privately-owned investment firm that strategically invests both early and late-stage capital across a diverse range of established business interests.

As the former chairman of both the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB) and the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma, Le Norman is a distinguished ambassador in the energy sector.

Le Norman is also an active philanthropist, supporting a diverse range of charitable organizations. His philanthropic efforts include the establishment of the Taylor Le Norman/McCasland Cancer Center at Duncan Regional Hospital and the Quincy Le Norman Nutrition Center at OU Children’s, among many others. He is a dedicated community advocate, leveraging his influence to make positive contributions beyond the business realm.

Le Norman holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming, has completed master’s work in Chemical Engineering at Oklahoma State University, and earned an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University.
