David D. Le Norman has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His experiences range from various engineering and business development roles with Texaco to creating and carrying out successful build and monetization strategies across multiple companies: Crusader Energy Corporation, Crusader II, Crusader III, White River Energy LLC, TLP Energy LLC, Le Norman Partners LLC, Le Norman Energy Corp, Knight Energy Group and Knight II. Le Norman’s venture capital company, Reign Capital Holdings LLC, is a privately owned investment company based in Oklahoma City, with primary investments in upstream and midstream oil and gas and oil and gas services. The firm is opportunistically investing in both early and late-stage capital across an assembly of longtime business interests. Le Norman previously served as the first Chairman of the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma, the oil and natural gas trade association formed by the merger of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA) and the Oklahoma Oil & Gas Association (OKOGA). He holds a BS in petroleum engineering from the University of Wyoming, master’s work in chemical engineering at Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
